The fish is conditioned in a low-temperature sterilized tank for at least three days until it regains its vitality.By expelling the contents of the stomach, the odor is completely eliminated.Before shipping, the fish are killed using the Ranbashi method of nerve removal and live killing (brain removal, nerve removal, and blood removal) to ensure they are in the best possible condition.
